Course description:

Recruitment is a key process in every company today, become an expert in this area. Recruitment templates, HR requirements, and talent search among candidates, not only these processes will you learn to set up in this module. You will understand and correctly identify the needs of all parties involved in the selection process. You will understand the workflow of tasks in the Recruitment module and learn to use rules and system notifications. You will understand the connection between the candidate's profile and the employee's profile. You will learn to create and use recruitment reports for your managers. Finally, you will practically try out individual settings in the system and their impact.

1. Preparation for recruitment 

• Creation and configuration of individual recruitment templates
• Creating, approving job postings
• Configuration and management of automatic rules

2. Candidate acquisition 

• Posting job ads and candidate applications
• Advanced setting of job ad publication on job portals
• Manual entry of candidates into the system (individual and bulk)
• Configuration of candidate search settings
• Setting up and managing automatic Talent pools

3. Candidate selection 

• Evaluation of candidate data, handover to other persons for processing
• Candidate interviews, data editing in the system, automatic actions
• Processing and protection of candidates' personal data in SAP SuccessFactors

4. Job offer 

• Setting up and managing the process and approval
• Creation and approval of job offers
• Configuration of automatic rules for working with offers
• Sending the offer to the candidate

5. Acceptance or rejection of the candidate 

• Configuration options for linking the recruitment module with related SF modules
• Automatic actions when rejecting a candidate

6. Recruitment reporting 

• Creating and using basic reports in the Recruitment module
• Possibility of linking recruitment data with data in Employee Central for internal candidates
