Well-being and women: making the working environment comfortable for women

Though social and work-related differences between men and women are becoming less obvious and the situation is less clear-cut than in the past, there are still significant differences between the needs of most women and men when it comes to the working environment, benefits and well-being. This is mainly to do with the fact that it is women who in the vast majority of cases are on parental leave; they usually care for the children and pick them up from kindergarten.
