Five tips to ensure investment in training pays

In the light of the current economic growth and lack of people on the job market, companies are increasingly willing to invest in the training of their staff. Until recently, budget cuts meant that training and company courses within Czech companies were an exception rather than the rule. Fortunately that is now changing. However, the downside is that despite enterprises' willingness to invest in staff training, only rarely do they bother making sure methodologically that there is also a return on their investment.
