There are numerous innovations entering corporate training, many of which do not last long. However, there is one trend with the potential to change significantly the traditional model of corporate education that has been applied for years.
While traditional corporate training used to take the form of one-off or long-term educational events, the trend of continuous learning using modern technology, such as the internet and mobile devices, is becoming much more apparent.
This trend, known as microlearning, is based on the principle of dividing broader topics into small training chunks of 1-5 minutes in length.
