Effective leadership for important changes (1/2): To do list

Large-scale change is currently one of the biggest challenges to be faced by organisations. However, the strategic need for such change is often quite obvious.

A study on effective change leadership, conducted by the Center for Creative Leadership, revealed the most common blunders in this area. For the purposes of the study, 275 seasoned senior executives were surveyed.
