Four tips on fixing an ineffective team

Every manager would like to lead a functional, effective and motivated team which always has only the best possible results. But the reality is often different. There may be various reasons for this: either the given manager took over a team in poor condition, or the team reached its current state as old employees left, new ones joined, management or the rules changed, or there were other external circumstances.
