How to recognise an employee has a mental health issue

There is no need to emphasise how tough last year was on the mental health of the whole population. Lack of socialising, limited sports and cultural events, uncertainty and fear. All this has had and will continue to have an impact on the mental state of many people, including your employees. In order to help them, you must first be able to detect problems because not every employee will come forward and admit to having a problem.
